Prof. Zoensek J-X Lea
Chair of the Advisory Board
Prof. Zoensek J-X Lea serves as the Chair of the Advisory Board of International Development and Vice President of International Cooperations & APAC Operations at the African Academy of Engineering. A distinguished academic and global strategist, he is the Executive Dean of the School of Innovation and Sustainable Development at Lincoln University and President of the World Organization for Innovation and Development Cooperation, an NGO archived by ECOSOC.
An expert in international technical economics, organizational economics, and sustainable development, Prof. Lea has mentored over 30 master’s students and contributed to more than 10 major publications. His research, supported by UNESCO and national ministries, has shaped global policies on economic development and high-efficiency communication.
With a track record of establishing over 30 international cooperation innovation centers and incubating 50+ scientific enterprise projects, Prof. Lea has played a pivotal role in advancing global scientific collaboration. As a member of prestigious bodies such as the Royal Society of South Africa, the Royal Economic Association of the UK, and the American Economic Association, he continues to drive impactful international initiatives, fostering a shared future through innovation, policy, and strategic development.
